If you are new to the Town of Ipswich and are establishing Electric service for the first time and do not own the property you will need to complete a Meter Deposit Form and pay a deposit equal to three months of charges.  The deposit will be credited back to your account after your account has been current for 12 consecutive months.

 

If you are re-establishing Electric service in Ipswich you may need to complete a Meter Deposit Form and pay a deposit depending on your past payment history.

 

If you are new to the Town of Ipswich and are establishing Water / Wastewater service for the first time please be aware that service names match the names on property deeds.
