Welcome to the Ipswich Utilities Department
The mission of the Ipswich Utilities Department is to procure, generate, and deliver retail electric power; to protect the Town's surface water and groundwater supplies, treat these supplies at the Town's wells and its water treatment facility, and distribute same to retail customers; and to maintain and operate the Town's sewage collection and treatment systems; all in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local Statutes, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations of the Town.
