The utility subcommittees serve in an advisory capacity to the Commissioners who are the Board of Selectmen.
The subcommittees consist of five voting members of which two are commissioners, two are citizens (appointed by the commissioners) and a representative from the Town's Finance Committee.
In general, the Electric subcommittee meets monthly, while the Water and Wastewater subcommittees meet on an as-needed basis.
